CRYSTALS FOR ANXIETY

In these trying times anxiety is very common, the uncertainty of so many things can leave us confused and worried.

I have struggled with anxiety in my life but have found ways to manage and overcome it.

If you have had experience with crystals these are some great options to add into you routine,

but if you're new to crystals you can still get amazing benefits from them. I want to share with you crystals for anxiety.

So how do you use crystals? I find the best way is during meditation.


My way of doing it is as follows...

1. Place your crystal under running water and set an intention, I say out loud "I cleanse this crystal and ask it gives me everything I need." Dry it off.


2. Sit or lay in comfortable position and hold the crystal in your left hand, close your hand into into a fist (so it's comfortable, not too tight)


3. No relax, take many slow deep breaths and you should feel the crystal start to vibrate, as you keep relaxing it should radiate up your forearm.


This energy should feel good and calming, if not, that may be not the right crystal for you at that current time. If you can't feel anything, give it a minute and really open up to the crystal, allow the energy to flow through you.


4. Spend at least 10 minutes in this meditation or moment, continually breathing deeply.


I tend to go to a calming place during this practice, if you find it difficult and your mind wanders that's fine, you just need to practice.


It's important not to be too hard on yourself, the more you do it the better you will become at it, and eventually you should be about to calm yourself completely.


But remember intent and belief is the moment important thing in this practice.

You can put the crystal on your heart if you like, or your forehead while you lay down if that feels more natural.
