EMPATH, OBSERVE DON'T ABSORB - How to overcome it

But the fact is you can only be in control of you and your own responses and self care.


We can speak positive words to others and reassure them but overall they are in control of their own reactions and self care.

Know that everything will work out, the world is just going through a massive shift of consciousness.

The world is changing for the better and we as Empaths are a major part of it as we help people in our lives.
