HOW TO MEDITATE - Super simple hack

I want to break down meditation into a super simplistic version for you.


People often say to me they don't have time or don't think they can do it.


Anyone can do it, it's just a matter of training yourself and it only takes 10 MINUTES PER DAY.

It only takes 10 MINUTES PER DAY.

You don't have to go into meditations for hours or go on a soul searching journey to India and meet a Sharmain to learn meditation.


You can do that if you want as that sounds cool, but it's not necessary.


You can still teach yourself and reap the amazing benefits of meditation in the comfort of your own home.

So why should I do it?

Modern day can be super stressful, meditation helps us connect with our subconscious which can allow any tension or negativity to be released, replacing it with positive energy.


Calming myself and preventing anxious feelings is my main focus with meditation.


The breathing techniques in meditation make you feel amazing and the more you meditate, the more likely you are to remain calm in stressful situations.


How do I do it?

Sit or lay quietly in a spot that you feel comfortable and set a timer for ten minutes.


Listen to calming music or focus on a sound in the distance like a bird chirping.


Take deep breaths in and out during the whole 10 minutes, be aware of how this breath makes you feel. Be present in that moment.


If your mind wanders go back to concentrating on your chosen music or sound in the distance.


Do this 10 minutes daily. That’s it, simple.

After you practice this regularly you will be able to go into your subconscious and calm yourself in a stressful situation.


As well as feeling less stressed and anxious overall, you will also unlock the ability to heal yourself mentally and emotionally.
