THE SIMPLISTIC BEAUTY OF LIFE

I think I have always seen the world differently to most people, I'm sure others out there would see things similar to me, but I personally haven't met many.

I see the simplistic beauty of life that is in the everyday.

I think I have always seen to world differently to most people.

The sun shining through the trees, the twists and turns of ocean waves, birds singing songs, the feeling of a tree trunk on my palm.

Sand on my bare feet, the sound of heavy rain on a tin roof.

The stillness of a forest, the sounds of children's laughter at the beach.

How happy a dog is simply being free and running.

The way I see things through my eyes is almost like a movie with a running soundtrack.

I have often wondered why others get so caught up in the unpleasant things in life that they can't see the beauty I saw.

The way I see things through my eyes is almost like a movie with a running soundtrack.

Whenever I am upset or feel stressed a simple 30 minutes in nature makes me feel clear and so positive.

Why take notice?

I take notice of these things because life can get hard and heavy and when you continually take notice of the everyday things that are beautiful, the heavier things don't seem as bad.

You may think this is me seeing things through 'rose coloured glasses'. But I say it's seeing the simplistic beauty of the world.

When you continually take notice of the everyday things that are beautiful, the heavier things don't seem as bad.

I met a man who sees the world as I do, oh how amazing, we spend our days on the beach, or hidden in a forest.

We both feel the spiritual connection we have to the earth, and although it may be different for us, as each human experience is, we connect on the premise that what truly matters in the most simplistic things.

Anyone can see the world like this if they just slow down, take notice, practice gratitude and enjoy the little things.
